POSTAL PICK UP APPLICATION
For your convenience, we provide a courier service to pick up and deliver your passport(s) from and to your desired address. Please follow the steps below;

Send an e-mail to info.caid@vfshelpline.com stating you need your application to be picked up. |

We will send you a “Postal Pick Up” checklist via e-mail/fax. |

The checklist is your guide to prepare your documents and payments. The checklist must be filled up, signed, and attached along with the complete applications. If everything has been completed, you are required to contact the Canada Visa Application Centre to confirm that your documents are ready to be picked up. Due to the high call volume through our Helpline (Call Centre), we highly recommend you to inform us via e-mail. |

Postal Pick Up payments are accepted only in the form of Bank Transfer. Kindly make sure that the payment is in IDR only, with the correct amount. Shortage of payment will cause delay in visa processing time. After making the payment, please re-confirm by sending us the copy of transfer slip with applicant details (name, passport number, type of visa) via e-mail: info.caid@vfshelpline.com. |

Documents will be picked up by courier the earliest 1 day after your date of confirmation to Canada Visa Application Centre. |

You are required to fill out an Air Way Bill (AWB) provided by the courier. Address your package to Canada Visa Application Centre office address which is provided in the checklist. |

Please transfer the Logistics and the Postal Fee only. Visa processing fee are only accepted in the form of Bank Draft. |

The Canada Visa Application Centre in Indonesia provides a Visa application status tracking through SMS for your convenience at nominal cost.

Form Filling
The Canada Visa Application Center offers a Form Filling Service, whereby the Visa Application Centre staff would fill the online form based on the information provided by the applicant. Please note that VFS staff would not be liable for any incorrect information/ details entered on the application form. The charges for this optional service are IDR 100,000 inclusive of all taxes.
Form Printing
Form printing is available in our Visa Application Centre, whereby you could fill in your online Visa Application Form at our kiosk and print them. The charge for this optional service is IDR 5000/page inclusive of all taxes.
