Please be informed that starting 23 February 2011, the Canadian Embassy will only accept the new updated application forms for the following visa category:
1.
Study Permit
2.
Work Permit
These new forms are similar to the Temporary Resident Visa application form: they are fill-able online and will generate a 2-D barcode when completed and printed.
Please ensure that you have validated your visa application forms before printing them. To be able to complete your new visa electronic forms, it is necessary for you to make sure that your system is equipped with Adobe 8.1 version and above.
Please be advised that the Embassy of Canada only accepts form printed on good quality paper and using laser jet printers. Applicants with thin and unclear barcodes will be asked to reprint their application forms.
CONSENT FORM
As of 15 March 2010, all applicants intending to apply Canada Visa through Canada Visa Application Centre must sign a consent form. This is a new requirement from the Canadian Embassy in Indonesia.
