POSTAL PICK UP APPLICATION

 


For your convenience, we provide a courier service to pick up and deliver your passport(s) from and to your desired address. Please follow the steps below;

   

1.       Send an e-mail to info.caid@vfshelpline.com stating you need your application to be picked up.

 

2.      We will send you a “Postal Pick Up” checklist via e-mail/fax.

 

3.       The checklist is your guide to prepare your documents and payments. The checklist must be filled up, signed, and attached along with the complete applications. If everything has been completed, you are required to contact Canadian Visa Application Centre (CAVAC) to confirm that your documents are ready to be picked up. Due to the high call volume through our Helpline (Call Centre), we highly recommend you to inform us via e-mail.

 

4.      Postal Pick Up payments are accepted only in the form of Bank Transfer.

Kindly make sure that the payment is in IDR only, with the correct amount. Shortage of payment will cause delay in visa processing time.

After making the payment, please re-confirm by sending us the copy of transfer slip with applicant details (name, passport number, type of visa) via e-mail: info.caid@vfshelpline.com.

 

Please be advised that this service is available only for application received by CAVAC via post.

5.      Documents will be picked up by courier the earliest 1 day after your date of confirmation to CAVAC.

 

6.        You are required to fill out an Air WayBill (AWB) provided by the courier. Address your package to CAVAC’s office address which is provided in the checklist.
