Visa Fees

Applications for Canadian visas are subject to cost recovery fees as set out in the table below. The correct fee payment must be made when the application is submitted, and is not refundable in the event that the visa is denied.

Please make your payment in the form of a certified bank draft.

For payments in Indonesian Rupiah:
Certified bank drafts in Indonesian Rupiah must be payable to the Canadian Embassy.

For payments in Canadian Dollars:
Certified bank drafts in Canadian Dollars must be payable to the Receiver General for Canada. The bank draft must indicate that it is redeemable at a bank in Canada.

Please note that banks may charge service fees above the cost of the visa fee. Personal cheques and cash are not acceptable. Please pay the exact amount shown for the type of application you will be submitting. Please note that the fees in Indonesian Rupiah are adjusted according to currency fluctuations, and are subject to change without notice.

Fees are effective as of 26 September 2007 and are subject to change without notice.

Note:
A service charge of Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) 195.000 is levied per applicant by VFS over and above the Visa Fee. Fees are payable per applicant, including children on parent's passports. An official receipt should be obtained for all payments made. Applicants may opt for a courier-assisted facility whereby your passport and other documents will be returned via courier. This facility is available at an extra cost.

The service charge of IDR 195.000 is payable in cash in Indonesian Rupiah only.
